摘要
In this paper we introduced a two-layered model, including social network and semantic overlay network layers, to provide an environment for resource (data, knowledge, and tools) management in a decentralized data mining framework. The social network layer is utilized to flood knowledge in such a random overlay. The semantic overlay network is used to perform search and share knowledge through several semantically clustered nodes.
