摘要
The intermittent nature of the renewable energy sources and the load and production mismatch have set the role of storage as substantial in the domestic field. In this paper a hybrid energy storage application is configured and examined. It is composed of a lead acid battery and a vanadium redox flow battery which are integrated in a residential installation with a photovoltaic facility. The present work aims at investigating the impact of the chosen management technique on the efficiency grades of the storage systems. The proposed control method which is designed according to the Markov Decision Process guarantees an optimal on-site produced energy allocation and consecutively a higher battery efficiency.
