An examination of several 3-(2-aminoethyl)pyridine analogs suggests that they likely orient at x4 beta 2 nicotinic cholinergic receptors in a different fashion than their correspondingly substituted nicotine analogs. (c) 2005 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
