摘要
Despite a paucity of pharmaceutical therapies proven to improve outcomes in HFpEF, nonpharmaceutical therapies through exercise and dietary interventions have demonstrated promising effects on CRF, QoL, and potentially clinical outcomes, particularly in patients with abnormal nutritional status (see Figs. 1 and 2). Future directions of exploration should include resistance training exercises as well as large, randomized control trials of dietary interventions specifically in patients with HFpEF. Moreover, understanding the mechanisms responsible for the potential improvements warrant further study.
