摘要
Controlling the attrition rate is the vital task for HR department.Recruiting theopportune person is the greatest test that the HR managers faces today. Many a times applicants are not capable enough for the work but rather they express yes to dazzle the interviewer to land the position, but very soon they realize that there is no match among them and the work, so they begin searching for another choice or opportunity. Retention of employees has contributed considerably to the financial stability of theorganization; however, the attrition rate or turnover ratio influences the organization very badly interms of performance, productivity, and profitability. Therefore, retaining employees with the organization has become crucial inorder excel in the performance. In this way, to improve the efficiency and execution of the organization, the presents tudyisled. This paper is an endeavour to recognize the effect of various factors on the turnover aims among the workers in the Indian IT Sector. Information was gathered from 500 employees working in Indian IT Sector. Data is collected from five significant ITorganizationsi.e., Wipro,Infosys, TCS, Accenture,and HCL.
