摘要
The extraction of multi-dimensional information from a biological specimen in the single examination is always beneficiary for extending the in-depth understanding of the specimen. This leads to increase the demand of multimodal imaging systems in recent years. Several multimodal imaging systems have been developed according to the requirements. We have developed multimodal imaging systems based on digital holography, for retrieving simultaneously the quantitative phase and 3D fluorescence imaging of the biological specimen, enabling to extract the specimen's structural and functional information in a single examination. We have developed the multimodal system by integrating the coherent and incoherent digital holographic microscopes for retrieving simultaneously the phase and 3D fluorescence imaging, respectively.
