摘要
The features of the nucleation and further growth of nanotube of fullerene C-60 (C-60 NTs) obtained by evaporation of an isolated drop of a dispersed solution of C-60 in ethylbenzene/isopropyl alcohol located on a smooth surface of a silicon substrate have been investigated. The morphological and dimensional characteristics of the obtained C-60 NTs have been determined.
