摘要：

Glass molding is an advantageous method to manufacture aspherical lenses. However, it was not applicable for aspherical lenses with large aperture. We have succeeded in the development and manufacturing of glass molded aspherical lenses with large diameter of 60.5mm by newly developed molding machine, process control and new material of mold.
