摘要：

In recent years, the number of mines to be closed are on the rise in China. However, the awareness and understanding of mine closure requirements are generally lacking within the Chinese mining industry, although relevant regulations are already proposed by governments at various levels. In this paper, the authors analyze the causes existed and give some suggestions, which facilitate the sustainable development of Chinese mines.
