摘要：

Currently, most researchers pay attention to organizational networking development level. In this paper, the authors propose a new quantitative method based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. Researches of this paper show that the degree of decentralized decision-making and hotelsovation, which depend on strategic alliance, are the most important two factors that influence organizational networking development level.
