摘要
At important structures of the plant, the oil is used to prevent mechanical wear. Because the oil is operated with very high temperature and pressure, oil leakage is generated occasionally. This is very difficult to monitor oil leakage. This is because the oil leakage is almost invisible. Therefore, oil leakage monitoring system is required. In this paper, we proposed the oil leakage monitoring system by using image processing. This method uses the CCTV camera to acquire images. And the image processing method of the oil leakage is proposed. We have performed experiments to verify the proposed method. Results show that the proposed oil leakage monitoring system is very high performance in the oil leak detection.
