Polymer-like lecithin reverse micelles: a multicomponent self-diffusion study

摘要
We report NMR-PFGSE self-diffusion coefficient measurements of long cylindrical reverse micelles in ternary system lecithin/cyclohexane/water. H-1-NMR linewidth values of the trimethylammonium signal, as a function of W-0, at different temperatures and lecithin concentrations, were also determined. The measured water self-diffusion coefficients, D-H2O, show a strong dependence on W-0. Both D-H2O and D-lec (lecithin self-diffusion) exhibit a characteristic dependence on the experimental time scale. An attempt to rationalize the data obtained in terms of different motional regimes is reported.
