This paper on China's part of a comprehensive private hospital management at present, medical resources and marketing strategy of comparative study, analysis of the private hospitals want to in the fierce market competition in the future and the masses of the health service level is improved form, private hospitals must break the constraints of the bottleneck in its development to enhance the core competitiveness their own, in order to play its proper role in the medical market
