摘要
Poor physical health of young people is a long-troubled education and social development in China one of the issues, and in China to build a socialist harmonious society background, effectively improve the physical health of young people is facing good opportunities and unprecedented history of favorable conditions. Many research showed that this problem is a synthesize problem which include education, tradition education idea, modem living pattern and the change of modern social structure. Those are the main influence factors. Therefore, In this paper, from the education thoughts of "health first" and "lifelong physical education", learn the values impact which sports life of developed countries has on teenager, by using of the method of literature, logical analysis, reveals the life of sports and physical health of teenager associated with, first, enhancing physical health needs of youth sports daily life; Secondly, the sports life of the operation of "creating" physical health of young people. On this basis, from sports daily life perspective and further clarify the physical life of the physical operation of the youth resulting physiological value, the value of education and sociology value, helps the teenager form consciousness of health, good life style and the custom of exercises, and promotes the new ideas of teenager health with sustainable development.
