Why think up new molecules?

Molecules that do not yet exist are now being thought of by some of the theoreticians in chemistry. There are several reasons onto why it is being considered of. First is that synthesis which makes the molecules is at the heart of chemistry that is why it is important to think of new molecules. Then, there are many interesting molecules that are to be made as there are compounds and molecules that are useful. Creating up new molecules involves design and saltation. As for the design process, there are certain dangers with that as it usually deals with psychological problems.
