摘要
The article discusses the individualisation of learning in secondary school in Russia as a factor in improving the quality of education. The authors rely on the theory of teaching, individualisation of education, quality management in relation to services, etc. Research question: how does the activity of schools on the individualisation of the provision of educational services affect the quality of education in senior classes of secondary schools? Methods: document analysis, expert surveys, mass survey. The results of the study. Using the experience of one of the regions of Russia - the Perm Territory - it analyzes the activities of secondary general education institutions in organizing the education of high school students on the basis of individual educational trajectories in the context of the transition to federal state educational standards of secondary general education. One of the most important ways to organize this activity is constant tutor support for students. The degree of development of educational autonomy, initiative, student responsibility, degree of personal and metadisciplinary competences, social experience, increased level of learning results, level of readiness to continue post-secondary education, preservation of students' health, other characteristics are the results of individualization education activities.
