摘要
In this paper it is shown that quantum efficiency (DQE), as commonly defined for imaging detectors, can be extended to all radiation detectors with the meaning of detection probability, if Poisson statistics applies. This unified approach is possible in time-domain at zero spatial-frequency. (c) 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
