摘要：

The disappearance of the economies planned by the state and the appearance of the first signs of the market economy, have determined a new attitude of the economic agents related to transferring certain activities from the official into the unofficial area. Thus, by cancelling the legal frame and by accepting certain risks, the economic agents are spared" by the state from paying certain contributions and taxes or avoid a series of bureaucratic barriers. Under these circumstances, the analysis of Romania's informal economy has become an important topic for the economic theory and practice.
