摘要：
China has enforced compliance regulations. The regulatory agencies are the AQSIQ(1), the CNCA(2), and the MII3. The regulated products must be tested to the applicable standards and be certified by the Chinese authority(ies) before being placed on the Chinese market. The responsibility of each agency and the relationship among the agencies are addressed in this paper. This paper provides the readers with a communication channel to understand and follow the Chinese regulations and to also speed up the process of exporting products into China.
