摘要：
Placenta percreta is a very rare but serious complication of pregnancy We report a case of fundal placenta percreta in a multiparous woman during cesarean section that was managed by supra vaginal hysterectomy We review the incidence diagnostic criteria and management options along with a review of similar reports in the literature
