Repolarization processes in lead-free KNN ceramics

摘要
In this work, we studied the nature of repolarization processes in KNN-0.05Ta ceramics in the temperature range of structural phase transition. We have found the anomalous behavior of reverse dependences epsilon'(Epsilon (=)), while measuring the response in weak ac-fields in the sample exposed to the constant bias field. Behavior of epsilon'(Epsilon (=)) was compared with the polarization loops measured in sinusoidal fields of various amplitudes.
