摘要：

Nowadays, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is world used in the construction industry, especially in those developing countries in the North America and Europe. In China, only some big design institutes are or have been applying this technology. This paper concretely the situation and barrier of using BIM in China, expounds its application prospect in China based on the relationship between BIM technology and the related parties.
