CFA based fully integrated Tow-Thomas biquad

摘要
A fully integrated Tow-Thomas (TT) biquad is generated using CFA based integrators developed by the authors. The proposed circuit has the following features: use of only grounded capacitors, orthogonal voltage control of omega(o) and Q, cascadability. Simulation results which agree well with theoretical analysis are obtained.
