摘要
A conceptual mathematical framework is presented for the analysis and design of communication and sensing signals for OTFS wireless networks. The framework combines concepts from differential geometry, symplectic algorithmic theory, harmonic analysis, and information-based complexity (IBC) in a unified and integrated manner, resulting in a useful tool for signal and system designs. The proposed framework is utilized in the design of OTFS modulation waveforms to address the challenges of high-mobility, linear and time variant wireless channels.
