摘要
A novel enzyme-responsive supramolecular polysaccharide assembly composed of disulfide linked adamantane-naphthalimide fluorescent camptothecin prodrug (AdaCPT) and beta-CD modified hyaluronic acid (HACD) was constructed, possessing low cellular cytotoxicity and exhibiting targeted cellular imaging and controlled drug release at specific sites while providing a concurrent means for the real-time tracking of drug delivery.
