摘要
The crystallographic orientation of the SiC/Ti composite matrix was determined after different stages of the fabrication process. The presence of a crystallographic anisotropy in the matrix between the RD and the ND directions leads to a mechanical anisotropy. The effect of the local texture of the matrix on the global composite behavior was investigated using finite element method taking into account the crystallographic orientations of the grains. Moreover, modifying the texture of the matrix is possible using different fiber mats.
