摘要：

Liver cirrhosis is a disease common in veterinary gastroenterology. Advanced liver cirrhosis leads to hemodynamic disorders and the onset of portal hypertension. The article presents the possibilities of using non-selective adrenolitics that inhibit both beta I and beta 2 adrenergic receptors (propranolol) in the treatment of portal hypertension in dogs with liver cirrhosis.
