Corporate Financial Risks and Risk Prevention in Internet Era

In the internet era, fundamental changes happen to corporate finance. The challenge and opportunity brought by internet receive the attention of more and more enterprise managers. In the internet era, enterprise managers need to keep up with the trend of era development, implement targeted financial management mode and means according to market development rules, organically integrate emerging financial management mode with traditional corporate financial risk management and finally achieve further development of corporate financial risk management in the internet era. This paper analyzed corporate financial risks in the internet era from five aspects (including network security, staff operation, data saving, audit evidence and technical personnel), and studied the prevention measures, in the hope of offering reference for corporate financial work in the internet era.
