摘要
In this paper, we analyze the current situation of state-owned enterprise human resource development, links between psychology and human resource management, and points out trends and theoretical basis for future development of corporate human resources. With the rapid development of science and technology revolution, corporate human capital value and the status management has become increasingly prominent and human resources to create the conditions for the transformation of human capital. China is a big country of the human resources. How human resources into human capital, contributing to economic and social development is an important task management. The knowledge economy era, determine the status of business and important value of human capital with the era of knowledge economy, but also to create the conditions for the human resources into human capital.
