摘要
The theoretical spatial resolution of the novel superposition fluorescence microscopy was investigated. This microscopy was based on the fluorescence depletion process observed by two-color fluorescence dip spectroscopy. The investigation showed that the microscopy gives a spatial resolution better than 100 nm using a nanosecond laser with a pulse energy of ∼nJ/pulse.
