Enhance the management level of iron and steel enterprise by information technology

This article introduces that some iron and steel enterprise which is facing the fierce competition of product market and the existing spatial difference with the modem management level, implements the ERP management engineering, constructs advanced production scheduling system and the production management information system (the applied system of MES level) in the internal enterprise successfully in order to enhance the core competitive ability of the enterprise. Then, the basic thoughts of this enterprise information construction, the construction of information system, function of the system, the way of implementation, the solution program and the effect are all elaborated in this article.
