摘要
In a three-year trial, pickling cucumbers were harvested on bare soil in Vransko, 59 days after sowing. The harvesting period lasted 25 days. Cucumbers were picked 13 times, 44% of the total yield which was 41 t/ha was harvested in July and 59% of all fruits were graded in the first class (3 to 6 cm). In Jablje, near Ljubljana, pickling cucumbers were grown on covered soil. The harvest started 50 days after sowing and lasted 54 days during which cucumbers were picked 19 times. From the total yield (52 t/ha) 65% were obtained in July and 46% were graded in the first class. The highest yield among eight cultivars was obtained by Sequenza Fl and Bounty Fl in Vransko in 1994 and by Poseidon Fl in Jablje in 1994. The processed fruits of cv. Poseidon Fl had the best evaluation over a three-year period.
