摘要
Nowadays, consumers play the important roles not the passive characters like before in the existence of corporations within the business transaction environment. Therefore, corporations will grow up when consumers do the contributions. The contributions made by consumers are becoming the index about the condition of company profit. During this study, the method of regression analysis is used to understand the relationship between the customer equity and the customer loyalty. The conclusion shows that the Value Equity, Relationship Equity, and Brand Equity all influence the Customer Loyalty; besides, the Proprietary Brand has deeper effect on Customer Loyalty.
