In view of the current research of emergency materials scheduling focusing too much on the "distribution centers-demand points" materials scheduling problems, this paper proposes a three-level integrated model of the supply points, distribution centers and demand points. Firstly, a selection model of distribution centers is developed to satisfy several constrained conditions in the case of multiple supply points. Secondly, for multiple demand points, a "distribution centers-demand points" logistic distribution scheduling model is built to meet several restricted conditions. Finally, an improved ant colony algorithm is designed to solve this optimization problem. After several experiments and calculations, the result shows the models and algorithm can solve the optimization problem of emergency materials integrated scheduling effectively.
