摘要
The models of cross-sections for niobium monomer-cluster and cluster-cluster collisions were developed for the direct simulation Monte Carlo method. The models based on the potentials of Lennard-Jones, Born-Mayer and the potential received from quantum-chemical calculations. Simulation of 1D nonstationary flow of ablated from plate target into vacuum niobium atoms was fulfilled with purpose of models comparison. The influence of models application on intensity of clusters formation and growth processes and parameters of the flow were analyzed.
