摘要
Our paper discusses current discourses against equality policies and gender studies. We argue that equality policies and gender studies are blamed for prevailing social transformations which are a result of ongoing processes of precarisation. Based on empirically informed theoretical-conceptual reflections, we analyse these discourses considering three different approaches to understand precarisation. First, we illustrate that the sociology of inequality and sociology of work (2.1) describes precarisation as socio-political forced process of growing employment insecurities. Second, we delineate approaches by gender studies (2.2), which analyse changing inequalities by focusing on the precarisation of the male breadwinner model and the sphere of reproduction. Third, we claim that these discourses gained popularity due to an irritation of the 'doxic' experience' (Bourdieu) (2.3). Gender studies are attacked because they operate with theories and empirical findings that promote these irritations, Forth, we develop an enhanced understanding of precarisation by integrating these three approaches. In doing so, we present a forth approach that recognizes inequalities resulting from the precarisation of the fordistic trial consisting of standard labour conditions, the male breadwinner model and social politics as well as symbolic orders (Doxa). We conclude (3) by discussing our results and sketching out demands for further research.
