The new normality has a broad and far-reaching significance for the reform and development of the community, as well as for colleges and universities ideological and political education reform. In the context of the new era, colleges should establish a "new normality" view, explore the ideological and political education, reform teaching content, teaching media and modes of instruction, so as to promote the healthy growth and overall development of college students.
