摘要
A carbon-based solid acid catalyst was prepared from glucose. The performances of the catalyst were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), thermogravimetry (TG), and the effect of preparation conditions on catalyst activity was investigated by using the catalyst surface acidity. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions of the catalyst were: The ratio of carbon product with the concentration of sulfuric acid 1: 20, the carbonation temperature 180 degrees C, the carbonation time 7h, the sulfonation temperature 110 degrees C, the sulfonation time 6h. The carbon-based solid acid catalyst was the amorphous carbon structure, and the considerable heat stability below 180 degrees C.
