Significance of Hormonal Treatment in Metastatic Breast Cancer

摘要：
In recent years mortality of breast cancer was decreased with frequent useage of mammography and effective adjuvant treatment regiments. But unfortunately we can not see the same success in metastatic breast cancer. Because we can not achive curative treatment in metastatic breast cancer; the aim of the treatment is sympthomatic improvement and increse in survival. In this case we emphasize the role of hormonal treatment in metastatic breast cancer. We give consecutive chemotherapy and hormonal treatment and show that metastatic lesions disappeared after hormonal treatment.
