摘要
The methods of X-ray analysis are used to determine the short-range order of both X-ray-amorphous and nanocrystalline Ni-P or Co-P alloys obtained by the pulse-current electrodeposition. As revealed, in. X-ray-amorphous state, the short-range order contains the regions of an ordered arrangement of atoms similar to the crystalline f.c.c., structure.
