摘要
The pure Mg sheets were processed by ARB at 400 degrees C and 300 degrees C up to 8 cycles and 4 cycles, respectively. The microstructure was refined during the first cycle and only homogenized during the following ARB process due to the high deformation temperature, intermediate reheating and air-cooling. The ARB process did not show an obvious effect on the tensile properties of the as-ARBed pure Mg sheet due to the stable grain size and dominant basal plane texture during ARB. Further deformation should be introduced to improve the bonding quality of the as-ARBed sheet. (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
