With the development of information and knowledge, intellectual capital becomes an important part in the business transactions. Study on intellectual capital. should be paid the regard to, and therefore, do benefits for intellectual capital management. This paper takes a brief introduction of intellectual capital and its constituent elements, then analyzes the conversion of corporation value between financial assets and intellectual assets, and finally gives an analysis on measuring models of intellectual capital.
