摘要：

This paper selects 51 listed companies annual report date during the five years period 2005-2009 of food and beverage industry in China as object of study, carry on a study of the influential elements on the capital structure of food and beverage industry by using the panel data to set up the fixed effects model. The results show that the corporate profitability, non-debt tax shields and product market competition and business were negative correlation between capital structure, business growth and corporate capital structure is positively correlated.
