摘要
The concept of knowledge map originates from geographical map, which presents knowledge in the form of map. It is a tool to guide knowledge catalogue and knowledge resources. In order to grasp the research and application of knowledge maps in the field of education in Japan, this paper conducts literature analysis based on selected Japanese academic databases. Finding reveals that knowledge maps are mainly used in education support field. Engineering research methods such as information technology are used for system construction and teaching practice. In addition, in terms of commercial applications, knowledge maps also have certain commercial value in teaching assistant system and online course system. Knowledge management and knowledge management can promote learning exchange and understanding of knowledge.
