摘要
The urban land banking system is a new system of land supply, which has gained fast development in recent years. It intends to give full play to the government's function of controlling the land supply and regulating the real estate market. This thesis is focused on the rapid increase of both the land price and the housing price, and the overheated investment in the market. It will analyze the impact of the land banking to our real estate market and put forward suggestions to promote the development of the system.
