摘要
The objective of this article is to indicate the directions for the rationalization of energy intensity of road transport in the International Energy Agency's member countries. The directions for the rationalization were indicated on the basis of the maximized utility function due to the changing macroeconomic conditions. Secondary data were used from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development database. The study used taxonometric techniques (K-means method with Chebyshev distance) to determine similar economies of the IEA. General Linear Model was applied to obtain a model for rationalization of energy intensity of road transport.
