摘要：

Given the variability inherent to most instrument systems, the question of whether a measurable difference is real can be difficult to answer. And how much of a difference is too much? Giselle B. Limentani, Moira C. Ringo, Feng Ye, Mandy L. Bergquist, and Ellen O. McSorley at GlaxoSmithKline demonstrate that the two one-sided t-test may be a better option than the familiar Student t-test.
