摘要：

This work addresses percept switches in binocular rivalry caused by visual stimuli. We discuss binocular rivalry in ID in the framework of the Wilson-Blake-Lee model. We show that the onset of oscillations shows critical behavior with a second order phase transition. We also address binocular rivalry in 2D, discuss some recent experimental results and ask the question, what can be learnt from comparison of such experiments with modeling predictions.
