摘要
The microstructure, photoluminescence (PL) and photocatalytic activity of ZnO-MoS2-TiO2 composite are studied. The XRD measurements show that there are no other diffraction peaks from intermediate compounds, indicating that there is no obvious reaction at interface. The particle size of MoS2 increases with its fabrication temperature increasing. Compared with that of ZnO nanorods, the light absorption of ZnO-MoS2-TiO2 is enhanced obviously. Furthermore, the PL of ZnO-MoS2-TiO2 is significantly suppressed. The suppression of PL can be contributed to the transfer of the photo-generated electron-holes pairs (PGEHP) at interface. The photocatalytic activity of ZnO-MoS2-TiO2 is enhanced compared with that of ZnO. This may be related to the enhanced light absorption and transfer of PGEHP. The degradation rate of ZnO-MoS2-TiO2 sample is about 2 times of that of ZnO nanorods, indicating that ZnO-MoS2-TiO2 is a new promising photocatalyst composite.
