摘要：

A flow injection configuration is proposed for the speciation and determination of thallium(I) and thallium(III) in aqueous media by spectrofluorimetric detection. Thallium(I) can be determined by measuring its fluorescence as TlCl(3)(2-). Thallium(III) also is determined after the rapid reduction of this ion by hydrazine into thallium(I). The construction of a suitable value in the manifold allows the successive determination of these ions at concentrations as low as 10(-7) M. The effect of potential interfering species on the determination was studied. The method was successfully applied to the determination of thallium in synthetic and real samples.
